1. Introduction

Welcome to OofRewards ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OofRewards website and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we discover that you are under 18 years of age. Any earnings or rewards accumulated by underage users will be forfeited.

The Service is intended for users resident in jurisdictions where participation in reward-based activities is lawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the access to your account. You agree not to disclose your login details to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using VPNs, proxies, or other means to mask your true location or IP address
• Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting")
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other artificial means to complete tasks
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or task completion
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the Service or any partner offer
• Transferring, selling, or trading accounts or earnings to third parties
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all earnings, and permanent ban from the Service.

5. Coins & Rewards

The Service uses a virtual currency referred to as "Coins". Coins are awarded when you complete tasks, offers, surveys, or other activities available through the Service.

Coins have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, or any other monetary instrument. Coins do not constitute personal property and are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

Coins may be exchanged from time to time for rewards (such as gift cards, digital items, or other benefits) as and when available. The availability of rewards is not guaranteed and may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to adjust Coin balances, reverse Coin awards, or modify the Coin value of any offer if we determine that Coins were earned through fraudulent activity, abuse, error, or violation of these Terms.

All reward redemptions are subject to availability and our verification processes. We reserve the right to refuse any redemption request at our sole discretion.

6. Third-Party Offers

The Service includes offers, surveys, and tasks provided by third-party partners ("Partners"). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any Partner.

Your interactions with Partners are governed by the Partner's own terms and policies. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with Partners.

Coin awards for Partner offers are determined by the Partner and may be adjusted, delayed, or revoked by the Partner. We are not responsible for Partner payment failures or disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OofRewards and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OofRewards.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OofRewards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Loss of Coins, rewards, or account access for any reason

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have earned through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
